Like all VICTOR products, the majority of the protein in this recipe comes from high-quality meat sources. Specifically, 65% of the protein comes from lamb, pork and salmon meals. The protein to fat ratio for this formula is: 25% protein and 14% fat.
This recipe is appropriate for dogs of all life stages - puppy through adulthood.

| Feeding | FEEDING GUIDELINES
Increase feed intake ½ cup for each 20 lbs over 100 lbs. Amounts are recommended for the maintenance of an adult dog. Make adjustments in daily feeding levels to maintain optimum body condition. † Use a standard 8 oz. measuring cup. Serve dry or lightly moistened. See your veterinarian regularly. To help maintain freshness, we recommend sealing the bag tightly and storing it in a cool, dry location. Feeding Puppies Puppies will typically start nibblinng moistened dog foods at three to four weeks of age. Feed as much as the puppy will clean up in 20 minutes in 4 feedings at interval throughout the day. You may mix with water, broth or milk at a ration near 3 parts food and 1 part liquid. Do not leave moistened food out for more than 30 minutes to ensure product freshness. Puppies will be weaned from milk by 8 weeks of age. Continue to feed up to 4 times per day, and within a few months, the puppies can be transitioned to a self feeder until about 1 year of age. At this point, feed so as to maintain good body composition using the feeding chart as a guide. Pregnancy & Nursing Energy requirements are continually changing during stages of gestation and lactation and may require up to 4 times recommended levels to maintian good body condition. Feed amount needed to maintain good body condition on your female dog. Feeding Tips - Changing Diet It is best to make a transition from one brand of dog food to another brand over a week to 10 days. Gradually replace your current food with the VIctor formula, increasing the percentage of the mix to 100% within 7 - 10 days.
